We keep having almost half of our inventory being disapproved by google product feed. A couple of the things they are telling us are wrong are:
** It appears that some of the items in your data feed contain
corrupted lines. This means that our system was unable to match the
attributes values in some lines with the correct header attributes. You
might encounter this error if you are including the null character in your
feed. Please remove this character so the system can process all the items
in your feed properly. Additionally, certain white space characters, such
as tabs, may not process correctly and will result in a feed failure.
**It seems that the URLs for these items in your data feed
weren't working correctly when we initially viewed them. This might occur
due to various reasons. For example, your server was being updated or
rebooted when our system was processing your feed.

Not sure how to fix either problem. Any help would be appreciated.

The file looks correct.  Did they give any line numbers of those that failed?

It does sound like they were compaining that the product detail was not working on the items they were complaining about but I checked 5-10 of them and they all worked.

If some items worked and made it into base and some didn't can you find a sku that didn't make it?
