After you have completed the sign-up page for the VPS service we will setup your hosting account on our servers. This can take up to 3 days.

 

Once that is complete you will receive an email letting you know that you can setup AOB to start transferring inventory.

If you have forgotten your login name/password you can send us a private message on our forums requesting it.  You must sign up to the forums with the same email you used to sign up with our service.

1. Go to 'Settings - Venue Settings' on AOB

2. On your 1st available Custom Venue set the following values:

Venue 1 FTP Display Name – Whatever you want to name it.

Custom Venue 1 FTP Host – 173.0.131.127


Custom Venue 1 FTP Username – Login name you signed up with.

Password – 'Password' you signed up with.

Format – AOB Tab-Delimited

Custom Venue 1 FTP Directory – httpdocs\Inventory

Check the ‘Pull Orders’ checkbox.

Check the ‘Active’ checkbox.

Click the 'Save All Changes' at the bottom of the page.

Good evening -

I have read through the forum topics over and over again and still cannot figure out how to upload my Amazon inventory to my WOB website.

This is where I get confused - Where is AOB? (what does AOB stand for?). -- Maybe once I am there the rest of the instructions below will make sense.

Kim,

I'm sorry I missed this post.

AOB is http://theartofbooks.com/ which is an inventory problem.  You do not use them.

When you signed up you checked the box that said for me to populate your inventory directly from Amazon.  As I mentioned in my email to you either I have the wrong SellerID or there is a problem with your amazon account.

I realize this has been a frustrating experience for you trying to get your inventory onto the website and my missing this post hasn't helped.

If you wish to continue with the website I will work with you to try to figure out how to get your inventory onto the website.

Now that you're signed up on these message boards it will be easier to communicate.

I will honor a full money back guarantee until we can get the website up and running.
