| 1) You can post in this forum. That allows anyone who knows the answer to speak up, not just me. Plus it allows common questions to be seen by all. 2) You can post in the Customer only Discussion. This allows you to keep your questions a little more private. 3) You can send me a PM. If you do not want you questions seen at all. I will still monitor and answer questions through email but due to the amount of SPAM causing email both from and to me from being seen I'd prefer these forums were used. Andy

| Good morning, Andy! I was working on my site this morning and clicked on the "help" link in the Create a Navigation System for non-standard pages, and it is not bringing anything up. Is there another place on the forum that explains how this function works? Thanks. Yvonne

Hello Andy,
All is progressing nicely.
One problem and two suggestions.
Problem 1 - I have allowed Amazon listings with my search listings. I typed Walden and two books showed up from me and 8 or so from Amazon. The problem is that when I purchase an Amazon book the price is much lower on my site then when I get to the Amazon.com site. Books from my inventory are fine.
Question - Do the Amazon search listings just fill the balance of one page? Can you fix the price issue?
Suggestions:
1) Now that Amazon requires a Buy Now button on the product detail page it would be good if you could activate two text boxes just above the Buy Box and/or use one below the page header. That one only reaches part way across the page currently.
One text box would appear when only the Amazon Buy Now button is present. The other text box when both Add to Cart and the Amazon Buy Now button are present. The boxes can be used to write copy in to inform buyers about the different buttons and their options. Some folks used to use the Cart header for the same purpose.
2) A CSS horizontal menu option would be very nice. Buttons are better than text but CSS is simple and clean. It could also allow pull down menus for sites with many pages.
Thanks again,
Tim Brockett

I figured out what was going on with the Amazon listings and the "Our Price" price on the Search Results page.
I wanted to display Amazon book listings along with books from my inventory so I activated that feature on the General Page Settings. The problem was the price Amazon was stating; it did not match the price Amazon showed when I clicked on the "Buy at Amazon" button and then added it to my Amazon.com cart. The "Our Price" displayed on my site is actually the lowest used or new price that Amazon currently has. When I clicked on the "Buy at Amazon" button the Amazon new condition and stocking price was displayed. That price was the one that was transferred to my cart if I hit the "Add to Cart" button.
A good solution would be to change the "Our Price" copy on the Search Results page to "New and Used at Amazon from". Or simply "New and Used from". Or give us an option to put our own copy there.
Andy,
I would still like to see CSS options for Horizontal menus. Just an option to enter code is fine.
Have you been able to fix the bug that causes Amazon Feedback to delete the Buy Box?
Thanks,
Tim

I figured out how to enter CSS code for a horizontal menu. I created an HTML table and added it to the General Look and Feel settings, page header. It works fine except the Cart page does not import the extra CSS link from the General Settings page.
Thanks,
Tim
