Hi Andy,

Sorry to bother you about this again, but I keep having this problem getting fillz to pick up orders from the site which I put there manually. I know it is a little strange to put orders in the orders folder manually, but it allows me to ship books easily for another company which we work with.

I feel like I have named everything as I should in the Amazon formatted csv file that Fillz requires, but then Fillz doesn't pick up the file. Would you mind taking a look and seeing if I've put the file in the right folder and if everything looks in order. The csv I'm pretty sure is correct, but I may have it in the wrong place.

Thanks,
Ray

Got it working again. For some reason I keep getting extra Orders folders that distract me from the Inventory/Orders pathway, which is where they actually go. I think Fillz might have created these when I had the path written incorrectly there....in any case, all working again,

You created this file? The headers do not match what my websites produce. Here are the headers I use:

writer.Write("payment-status\t");
writer.Write("order-id\t");
writer.Write("order-item_id\t");
writer.Write("payments-date\t");

writer.Write("item-name\t");
writer.Write("sku\t");
writer.Write("price\t");
writer.Write("shipping-fee\t");
writer.Write("quantity-purchased\t");
writer.Write("total-price\t");
writer.Write("purchase-date\t");
writer.Write("batch-id\t");
writer.Write("buyer-email\t");
writer.Write("buyer-name\t");
writer.Write("recipient-name\t");
writer.Write("ship-address-1\t");
writer.Write("ship-address-2\t");
writer.Write("ship-city\t");
writer.Write("ship-state\t");
writer.Write("ship-zip\t");
writer.Write("ship-country\t");
writer.Write("special-comments\t");
writer.WriteLine("ship-method");
