Hello,

I've been enjoying the simplicity of tumblr for posting. I have the blog linked on the menu now (thank you for your help on this). I'm now wondering about embedding something like the tumblr feed right on the homepage. That way I could post more timely information right on the home page where people will see it, hopefully making our page (and shop) feel more dynamic.

It looks like some people have accomplished this with a javascript like this:

That does seem to accomplish something, though I'll need to remember how to use CSS to make it look nice. I have that code pasted, but not enabled currently on my homepage.

I was wondering if there is any easier or better solution? I don't mind it if the central part of the page looks exactly like the blog page I currently have. It would be nice if whatever I write on there actually showed up on the website, such that it could be picked up by google.

Any suggestions?
Ray

I was able to work this one out, albeit in a rather basic way. Feel free to take a look if you like: www.roundaboutbookstore.com. I like the idea of updating in one place and actually having an updated website.

That's not too bad.

Is it possible to put a menu with link on top of the blog. You can with wordpress but its a pain.

If so you could put a link back to the store.
