Andy, we've now been down more than 48 hours, and have heard nothing from White Oak. Please let me know if you've read the request, even if you haven't done anything to fix the problem yet. It is quite frustrating to keep asking for help and not even getting an echo back in return.

Jim

60 Hours with our site down and not a single word from WOB. Must say I expected more from you!!!!

Am I expected to just wait for a week or two to see if you ever bother to respond and let me know what is going on????????????

Okay, I've been down 4 days now. Not a single response from WOB, however the error message has changed. it now reads

"Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."

I believe this means someone has moved or renamed my default initial page from the base directory. I have no idea if this means you are actually working on fixing my problem, or if you have deleted my files, ???

Andy, why are you completely avoiding me.

Tried to call you, but the number listed in the Domain Registry has evidently not been yours for more than two years. The fellow who answered said he gets calls intended for you all the time.

For four years I have recommended WOB as a good, low cost location for hosting bookseller sites. It appears I may have been wrong.

PLEASE CONTACT ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jim

Okay, Andy explained the delays, and efficiently took care of the problem.

Thank you.

Jim (again a satisfied customer)
