Amazon has made some changes to how they supply data that the websites use.

I have seen 2 different symptoms of this issue:

1) If Amazon reviews are turned on the 'add to cart' button disappears from the detail page.

2) If the website has not set its own Access Key ( general store settings - bottom of page ) and is using mine it is receiving an error.

I am researching both of these errors.

Until I have a resolution I would suggest turning of your websites link to Amazon ( shopping cart settings)

It now looks like websites that DO have their Access keys set are also seeing errors now.

I would suggest turning off the link to amazon until this issue is resolved.

The problem has been identified.

Amazon had 2 errors on their new release.

I was able to work around that error that was causes the crash.

Unfortionately I was unable to work around the error that caused the customer reviews to prevent the 'add to cart' button from working.

Also in this release from Amazon the following item attributes are no longer available:

1) reading level
2) DVD Sides
3) Dewy Decimal number

I have to manually update all the websites.  This will take most of the evening.  The version you should be on is v4.10.0  or higher.

I will be evaluating over the next few days if there are any long term issues with this Amazon change.

Andy

Andy, We are currently showing no inventory in our store. However, we are currently on vacation hold on Amazon this week. I understood that you were no longer linked to Amazon for inventory updates?

No... your site was effected also.  I just finished updating it and it looks fine.

If you are on vacation you should put your website on vacation.  You do that in 'General Bookstore Settings'

All US websites have been updated.  If your website is still receiving the error or your version is not v4.10.00 let me know.

Starting the UK & CA websites now.

You store was still on vacation the .01 issue.  Once I fix this issue I'll take it off vacation.
