You have several features that I really like so I am considering using your service. Since I currently use Art of Books for inventory control I posted a message on their forum asking if folks were satisfied with White Oak Books. Two people responded; one was happy and the other complained about customers not being able to access his site all the time. Then in a separate post, the satisfied user tried to access their site and received a long error message. She asked, "what is going on here"? The previously mentioned dis-satisfied user stated that was the error message many of his customers received as well. He emailed Andy but did not always get an answer and evidently, Andy was unable to solve the problem. Could someone at White Oak explain what is going on and reassure me that reliability is no longer an issue?
Thanks,
Tim at Brockett Designs

pre-launching configuration of web site

I would like to get my site customized before changing dns servers to White Oak servers. I understand that you will build initial generic site then I am responsible for final customization. Is it possible to customize site before it is actually online? No big deal, just want everything ready before switching the dns because of the possible email lag.

Mike

Dedicated Server and ssl

Do you offer dedicated server and ssl services? We have 2 registered domain names, the sites are hosted by justhost.com. The domain name we want to use on WOB's hosting is pennywisebuys.com. It is a parked domain or addon domain to our main domain on justhost.com. My question is:

Do I have to get a release from justhost.com to transfer pennywisebuys.com to WOB hosting? I was reading about EPP authorization code on justhost.com. Do I need to apply for that before transfer or is switching as simple as changing the DNS server settings? I hope I am making sense with these questions. JustHost.com explains how to transfer dot coms to their hosts which did not seem to entail use of an EPP Authorization code.

Thank you for your advice.

Mike

Just want to clarify

I just want to be certain that I understand your program. I have an Amazon sellers account with active listings. Is that all that's needed to interface with your system or is an existing Amazon Store account required? And, do you offer a variety of bookstore templates or is the site design completely up to the store owner.

Thanks in advance.

WOB BookSites Website Sign Up Page

http://www.whiteoakbooks.com/WOBSellers/Signup.asp

WOB BookSites Website Informational Pages

http://www.whiteoakbooks.com/WOBSellers/default.asp
